Stormy lighting in my house is very pleasing.
The Hrdlička Museum of Anthropology is a collection of human and non-human primate skulls, hair samples, mummies (and heads of mummies) from Egypt, as well as unintentionally mummified human remains, all meant to instruct and inform about human diversity and evolution.

a few hundred people in the world have Proteus syndrome, a bizarre
condition in which a mutant gene causes the asymmetric growth of the
body parts. The syndrome can be horribly disfiguring, was the case of
Joseph Merrick, the English of the 19th century that became known as the
Elephant Man.
A lady brought in a box of monkey (and canine) skulls into the shop for me to identify today.
Almost all of the ones I’ve followed have deactivated over time. I need some new recommendations!
Any suggestions? Or are oddities a dying interest?
